Greetings, Members!
Fall Citywide Garage Sale on September 7 was a success with 22 garage sales registered and lots of people coming into Wilton!
Looking forward to the fall!
Halloween Trunk or Treat will be Thursday, October 31, 3:30-5:30, downtown on Cedar, Fourth & Maurer Streets. Downtown businesses can distribute goodies at their locations and those from other areas will park on Maurer south of Fourth. There will be hot dogs as well as a Haunted House provided by Young Life in their building for kids of all ages if they dare!
Please let us know if you plan to participate in Trunk or Treat, whether in your downtown business or if you will have a vehicle on Maurer Street. You can start setting up any time after 2:30, and for children’s safety we will want vehicles to be in place and parked by 3:15.
Small Business Saturday is November 30. We will distribute buckets to businesses so that customers who make a purchase on that day can enter a drawing for Chamber Bucks prizes. Next month we will send an email asking if you’d like a bucket for your business. Many places offer specials on Small Business Saturday, and we will be glad to share any posts on our facebook page.
This winter…
